LRSC Collegiate DECA had an outstanding performance at the 2021 ND State Collegiate DECA Conference held at the Holiday Inn in Fargo on Monday, March 22nd, and Tuesday, March 23rd.

Seventeen North Dakota community college students have been named to the 2021 All-North Dakota Academic Team, which recognizes the academic achievements of community college students. Members of the team and the colleges they attend are as follows:
Nursing program accepting applications for new students
The Nursing program at Lake Region State College is accepting applications for new students in its fall practical nurse and associate degree nurse tracks.
The first round of applications for students desiring to enter the LRSC Nursing program are due on or before March 5, 2021.
Lake Region State College has released its spring enrollment report. The LRSC Registrar’s Office reports 1,758 students for the Spring 2021 term, down 13 students from Fall 2020.

BISMARCK, N.D. (FEB. 2, 2021) – Gov. Doug Burgum today appointed Jeffry Volk of West Fargo to a four-year term on the state Board of Higher Education and reappointed Dr. Casey Ryan of Grand Forks to a second four-year term on the board.
