Bergstrom Endowment supports Auto students

Each year, students enrolled in the Automotive Technology program at Lake Region State College receive support through program endowments like the Devils Lake Cars Program Endowment sponsored by the Bergstrom family. 

Donors Renard and Candace Bergstrom believe in the impact that can be made on student lives through equipment, scholarships, tools, and other needs. 

LRSC Automotive Technology faculty say the impact of such gifts makes a difference for students and the program of study.

Spring Dean's and President's List announced

LRSC announces President’s and Dean’s List

Lake Region State College has released its honor lists for Spring 2024. Students who maintained a 4.00 grade point average are named to the President’s list. Students who maintained high academic standing above 3.25 but below 4.00 are named to the Dean’s list.

Colden Hutton to lead LRSC Women's basketball

Women’s Basketball at Lake Region State College is under new leadership. Lake Region State College Athletics announces Colden Hutton has been named head coach of the Royals Women’s Basketball team.

He will start his new position later this month. Hutton most recently was the Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at William Woods in Fulton, MO, where the team completed the third best record in school history. Hutton has also worked as an assistant coach at Iowa Wesleyan.
