IPEDS

Lake Region State College and other higher education institutions utilize IPEDS data. The Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) collects data from about 7,000 institutions that provide postsecondary education across the United States. IPEDS collects institution-level data on student enrollment, graduation rates, student charges, program completions, faculty, staff, and finances. The group in these surveys are first-time, full-time, degree-seeking students.  Access complete IPEDS information.

The Student Achievement Measure (SAM) is a voluntary tool. It tracks the progress and completion of transfer and part-time students.

SAM follows student movement across institutions to give a fuller picture of undergraduate progress and completion. It serves as an alternative to the federal graduation rate, which only tracks first-time, full-time students at one school.
