Forgot Username or Password to log in?

A: If you need help with your login or password, contact the NDUS Helpdesk, call 877-221-0868, or ndus.helpdesk@ndus.edu.

Where can I find help using Blackboard courses?

A: There are multiple resources available for help using Blackboard Learn.

How will I get communications from RLSC?

A: LRSC uses email as the main method of communication. Students must access their LRSC email account. For your convenience, you may also forward your college email to a personal account.

Can I receive class notifications on my phone or mobile device? 

A: You can set your notification preferences within your LRSC Blackboard. Find instructions on the “Blackboard Help” website. You may want to install the Blackboard App.

Is Blackboard easy to use? 

A: Yes, but take time to complete the LRSC Online Student Tutorial. It appears in your Courses list when you log in to LRSC Online.

Is there a mobile app available?

A: Yes, the new Blackboard App, is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can access Blackboard, view grades, and participate in discussions. Download the Blackboard App today.

How do I take exams in an online class?

A: Tests are completed within the online course system. Use a wired internet connection to prevent issues from drops in service. Some instructors may require additional measures to maintain test security and integrity.

Exam Proctor – Instructors requiring a proctor will post a form and guidelines in the online class. Students must complete the form and return it by the indicated date. Proctors cannot be friends, students, or relatives. Guidelines list approved proctoring resources, such as public schools, libraries, college test centers, or community testing centers.

Respondus Lockdown BrowserDownload and install the free LockDown Browser on the computer you will use for testing. If testing at a remote or proctor location, check in advance that their computer can install the software.
