Lake Region State College offers resources and support to anyone experiencing sexual misconduct, stalking, or dating and domestic violence. We encourage you to report concerns so we can provide support and resources to you or those involved. Any LRSC community member—or non-community member—can use this form to report sexual misconduct, stalking, or dating and domestic violence. Reports must involve an LRSC student or employee.

PLEASE NOTE: Anonymous reports may be submitted and reviewed by the Title IX Coordinator. However, the college’s ability to address alleged misconduct from anonymous sources is limited.
