Explore the World:
Short-Term Study Abroad

Enhance your education and professional prospects by participating in a Short-Term (10-12 days) Study Abroad program at Lake Region State College.

This experience offers many of the same benefits as long-term study abroad programs but is more affordable and requires less time commitment.

Financial Aid Opportunities

If you qualify for Financial Aid, you can use your aid to fund this trip by enrolling in one of the following classes:

  • Fall: HUMS 251 or Western Civilization I
  • Spring: HUMS 252 or Western Civilization II

In the spring, you can also sign up for HUMS 211, which includes the study abroad trip and pre-trip and in-trip assignments.

This is an opportunity to travel, gain a global perspective, and enrich your learning experience.
