Lake Region State College (LRSC) may be based in Devils Lake but has a physical presence in the Greater Grand Forks area.

Nursing education is offered in Grand Forks in the lower level of Altru Clinic at 1300 South Columbia. Students can enroll in practical nurse and associate degree (RN) programs. LRSC works with area employers on apprenticeships in various career fields including nursing and surgical technology. The one semester peace officer training program is delivered each fall in Grand Forks in partnership with area law enforcement.

Courses and full degree programs are offered at the education center on Grand Forks Air Force Base. All area residents can participate in the course offerings on GFAFB.

The college’s workforce training division, TrainND, can offer a multitude of employee education from interoffice communications, manager/supervisor sessions, or customized instruction.
