HOSA is a student-led organization with global reach, recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, the Department of Health and Human Services, and many other agencies. Its purpose is to support and inspire students who are interested in health careers, helping them become leaders in the healthcare community through learning, teamwork, and real-world experience. HOSA promotes careers in the health field and works to improve the quality of care for all people.

On campus, HOSA provides a space for students who plan to work in healthcare. It gives them the chance to grow their leadership skills, explore career options, and connect with others who share the same goals. Both students and health science instructors are encouraged to get involved and be active in the HSE-HOSA Partnership.
