The NJCAA Men's Basketball Coaches Association announced the roster selections on Wednesday for the 2022 NCAA Men's Basketball Coaches All-Star Game presented by the NABC. Twenty four participants were selected from across the three divisions of the NJCAA including 12 from Division I, six from Division II and six from Division III.
The Division I list was full of names who found their way onto All-American lists this season, including LRSC's Clarence Daniels.
Head men's basketball coach Jared Marshall on Clarence being named to the NJCAA All-Star team:
"This is the cherry on top of an amazing season for Clarence. He is one of 24 student-athletes named to the NJCAA All-Star team. This is the first time in program history, that a men's basketball player has been given this honor. I know he will represent our program well in what should be a great event."
There will be a NJCAA Hall of Fame Banquet on Friday May 13th at 6:00pm to honor all the participants, with game time schedule to tip off on Saturday, May 14th at 4:30pm.
The college will have live updates from the game on the Lake Region State Royals Twitter, Facebook and instgram pages.
